Q: How long are the cars available to us on our wedding day?

A: Most weddings usually require the cars for a maximum period of 3 hours. If however you require the cars to be available for a longer period of time, there may be additional charges but please notify us at the time of your enquiry and/or booking, so that we can make an assessment and ensure the cars will stay with you for as long as required.

Q: Can we have pictures at the house, at the church and at the reception?

A: Yes, your photographer is welcome to use the car for photos at any location.

Q: Can we leave the reception in a car?

A: Let us know at the time of booking and we will do our best to accommodate all your wishes.

Q: How many bridesmaids can a car hold?

A: All our cars are able to carry up to 4 passengers. If however there are dresses which are “full”, it may be better to reduce the passengers to 2 or 3 to avoid the risk of unnecessary creasing.

Q: Are the cars air conditioned?

A: Our Bentley and jaguar are air conditioned.

Q: How can we view the cars?

A: We attend a number of wedding fayres throughout the year and usually take 2 of our cars to these events. Alternatively, please telephone 01905 773200 to arrange an appointment to see us with the cars you may be interested in.

Q: How do we book the cars?

A: A non-refundable deposit of £100 per car will secure the car(s) of your choice for the date of your wedding and the balance payment is due 14 days prior to the date of your wedding. Payment for any extras will also be due at the time of ordering please.

Q: Something old, something new, something borrowed and something blue?

A: Our Clouds are old but newly restored, whilst the Bentley and Jaguar are newer models, you can “borrow” (or hire) our cars for your wedding and all of the cars are blue. Problem solved.!

Q: What happens if the weather is less than perfect on the day of our wedding?

A: Your safety is of paramount importance to us and although we are fully insured, we would not any unnecessary risks. Please bear in mind that Grace and George are both over 50 years old and they do not have the luxuries of modern cars (bright lights, fabulous heating, antilock braking systems) for example we would not risk taking the Clouds out in snow, or icy conditions, nor would we risk those cars on roads which may be flooded.

If you have booked Grace and/or George and there is a problem weather-wise, we reserve the right to substitute the Bentley* and/or Jaguar * but would of course refund the difference in price(s) to you.
